A special welcome to all the new subscribers. This newsletter is published every two weeks so no one is bombarded with mail.  This issue contains a continuation of  information about the "DAVID" Charleston built semi-submersibles and the "Pioneer". Also some interesting photo's of Charleston's Battery where the interment of the Final Hunley crew will begin.
